User Agreement

1. Acceptance and Scope of This Agreement

This User Agreement governs your account relationship with Valdor Jets ("Valdor," "we," "us") — creating an account, searching and requesting empty-leg flights, and any booking you make through the Website. Our Terms & Conditions is a supplemental agreement governing general use of the Website and is incorporated by reference; where a conflict exists between the two documents as to your account relationship, this Agreement controls.

By creating an account or checking the agreement box at sign-up, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not create an account.

2. What Valdor Is

Valdor is a marketplace and air charter broker. We connect travelers with independently certified charter operators offering empty-leg repositioning flights. Valdor is not an air carrier, does not operate aircraft, and does not employ flight crew. Every flight booked through Valdor is operated by a third-party charter operator under its own Air Operator Certificate.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@valdorjets.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Searching, Inquiries, and Requests to Book

Searching empty-leg availability through the Website does not reserve a flight or create any obligation on Valdor's or an operator's part. Submitting an inquiry or a request to book is an expression of interest; it becomes a binding booking only once an operator confirms availability and Valdor issues a written booking confirmation.

5. Quotes, Pricing, and Estimates

Prices, quotes, and fare estimates displayed on the Website are indicative and subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on operator confirmation, routing, passenger count, and other factors that may not be reflected in an initial estimate.

6. Payment and Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon our receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Valdor. Prices are quoted in the currency displayed and include all fees stated at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

7. Cancellation and Changes

Empty legs are subject to change or cancellation if the underlying charter itinerary changes. If that happens, Valdor will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund. Cancellations made before your payment is received carry no charge and no refund is owed. Once your full payment has been received but before your flight is booked with the operator, a traveler-initiated cancellation is fully refundable. Once your flight has been booked with the operator, the fare is non-refundable except as permitted by the operator's own cancellation terms, communicated to you at the time of cancellation. Cancellations caused by the operator are always fully refunded and never counted against your account.

8. Operator Responsibility and Safety

The operating charter company bears sole responsibility for the safe conduct of the flight, aircraft airworthiness, crew certification, and compliance with applicable aviation regulations. Valdor's liability in connection with any flight is limited to the value of the booking fee paid to Valdor.

9. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and to comply with all instructions from flight crew and applicable aviation security requirements while traveling on a flight booked through Valdor. You will not use the Website to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the Website or Services.

10. Privacy and Data

Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information — including the trip and contact details we share with a charter operator to fulfill your request — is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valdor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement, applicable law, or poses a risk to Valdor, an operator, or another traveler. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@valdorjets.com.

13. Changes to This Agreement, Versioning, and Retention

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Each version is identified by the date shown at the top of this page, and the version you agreed to at sign-up is recorded with your account. Continued use of the Website after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of that version.

We do not guarantee that every prior version of this Agreement will remain available indefinitely. Download a copy for your records if you want to retain the version currently in effect.

14. Governing Language

This Agreement is authored and controls in English. Any translation provided is offered solely for your convenience; where our language selector shows a translated version, the notice displayed above states that the English version governs.
