1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Valdor Jets platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Nature of service
Valdor Jets is a marketplace that connects travelers with charter operators offering empty-leg repositioning flights. Valdor Jets is not itself an air carrier and does not operate aircraft. All flights are operated by independently certified charter operators.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Valdor Jets. Prices are quoted in the displayed currency and include all fees stated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and changes
Empty legs are subject to change or cancellation if the originating or destination charter is modified. In such cases, Valdor Jets will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund. Cancellations made before your wire payment is received carry no charge and no refund is owed. Once your full payment has been received but before your flight is booked with the operator, a traveler-initiated cancellation is fully refundable — the full amount will be wired back to the account it was sent from. Once your flight has been booked with the operator, the fare is non-refundable except as permitted by the operator's own cancellation terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation. Cancellations caused by the operator (e.g., an aircraft or schedule change) are always fully refunded and are never counted against your account.
5. Operator responsibility
The operating charter company bears sole responsibility for the safe conduct of the flight, aircraft airworthiness, crew certification, and compliance with applicable aviation regulations. Valdor Jets' liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.
6. Passenger conduct
Passengers must comply with all instructions from the flight crew and applicable aviation security requirements. The operator reserves the right to deny boarding for conduct that compromises safety.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Valdor Jets platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Valdor Jets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valdor Jets is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
Valdor Jets reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
