1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Valdor Jets collects, uses, and shares information when you use the valdorjets.com website and the Valdor Jets mobile app. It applies to every traveler who searches, signs in, or submits a flight request through either surface.
2. Information we collect
We collect the account email address and authentication identifiers you provide when you sign in; the flight searches you run (origin, destination, and date); the trip and contact details you submit when requesting a flight; and technical diagnostics such as device and app version and error reports.
3. How we use it
We use this information to run searches against operator inventory, route your inquiry to the charter operator(s) able to fly it, authenticate your account and keep you signed in, send transactional email about your request, and diagnose crashes and errors.
4. Sharing with charter operators
When you submit an inquiry, we share the trip details and the contact information the operator needs to respond with the charter operator(s) able to fly it. Valdor Jets is a marketplace that connects travelers with charter operators — it is not itself an air carrier.
5. Service providers
We work with a small set of service providers to run Valdor Jets: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring, with personal data scrubbed before an event is sent), Resend (transactional email), HubSpot (contact and lead records), Upstash (abuse rate limiting), and FL3XX (operator flight inventory and inquiry delivery). We do not sell your information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
6. Retention
We keep your account and inquiry records while your account is active and for as long as needed to fulfill your flight request and meet legal and accounting obligations. Diagnostic error data is retained on a shorter, provider-defined schedule.
7. Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing info@valdorjets.com. The /delete-account page explains what is deleted, what is retained, and how long it takes.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Questions about this policy can be directed to info@valdorjets.com.
